Yes, they can reserve spaces within the Rogalski Center for meetings, club, events, and other activities. However, student organizations must have events/meetings approved by Student Activities prior to contacting the Event Coordinator. Only those students listed as officers or who have been approved and added to Event Services contact list will be allowed to make reservations.
Yes, our dedicated event staff provides on-site assistance to ensure your event runs smoothly. This includes audiovisual equipment and technical support for events.
A large parking area is available for guests of the Rogalski Center. Guests can obtain parking permits through our event staff.
Parking is a limited resource at the University and it is not possible to reserve parking for events. You will be advised of any lots that may be available for your guests to park in during the event.
